Pricing a new CRM can be almost as complicated as the software itself! In line with our philosophy of doing the hard yards at our end to keep things simple at your end here’s a full breakdown of our pricing model.

Several elements combine to make up an accurate estimate of costs for delivery of the CRM + ongoing support, as follows:

1. Cimpl core application

There is a one-off charge for the installing the core application, including:

  • Set up of the complete Cimpl system as shown in on screen demo 

  • 2 days additional customisation work, to tailor the system to client needs

    For example, this may involve the addition of new custom fields, building custom forms and creating custom reports

2. User licences

First 10 free (1 required for our technical support):

  • Subsequent licences can be purchased one by one or in bulk batches.

  • We recommend ‘Platform’ licences priced at @ £70/user/year (inc VAT)

Licences are purchased directly from Salesforce. Prices can vary slightly due to UK-US exchange rate.

3. Training

3x staff training events are included in the price of the core application.

  • 1 for everyday users and 2 for system admins.

  • System Admin training includes user management (e.g. creating and managing user profiles & logins) and report building

  • We take a ‘Test & Learn’ approach through the development cycle which gives greater opportunity for new users to get up to speed

  • Training is usually provided online via Zoom but can be delivered in person by arrangement. (Travel expenses will be charged).

4. Additional Customisations

Should additional customisation exceed the 2 days mentioned above in (1) this will be chargeable per day of developer time

  • Rate (2024) = £450/day

E.g. building new functionality to manage a unique referral process.

5. Data Import

An import of data from a previous database is generally required.

  • At least one day’s work is involved (often more) depending on the volume and complexity of data.

We have relationships with trusted contractors able to support you with data extraction and cleansing prior to import.

6. Ongoing Support

Once Cimpl is live your Buddy support plan will commence, details below.

  • A higher-level Guru support plan is available for an additional £99/month.
