Strengthening your Impact Strategy...
Strategic Plans
A clear and agreed vision for the impact you are trying to make should be at the heart of every charity’s strategic plan. We often have the opportunity to work with the boards and leadership teams of charities working in quite diverse sectors to produce strategies that give clarity and confidence. Typically undertaken every 3 to 5 years the quality of the strategic planning can be greatly enhanced through the involvement of external facilitation. If you’d like help to create your next strategy just drop us a line.
Theory of Change
Fundamental to success in achieving positive change in the world is having a clear understanding of how that change occurs. Goodlabs are experts in helping organisations to produce Theory of Change models that reveal the critical processes leading to impact for beneficiaries. We work with you to uncover the relationships between the issues being addressed, the interventions being made and the outcomes being achieved.
Evaluation support
How do you know that your services and programmes are delivering what they're designed to? Are funders raising their expectations of your evidence-generation? Goodlabs can evaluate programmes during and post-delivery in order to establish the impact that has taken place. We can conduct interviews, surveys and workshops, and also examine and report on data already gathered, to produce robust reports of the highest standard.
Group Facilitation (Labs)
We can help you clarify your Inputs, Outputs and Impacts, in a way that doesn't blind you with science. A key part of our approach is to engage key stakeholders in the process of producing frameworks. We do this by facilitating 'Labs', which are basically focused away-days through which staff, board members and even clients and community can offer insights and be part of finding solutions.
